DEVELOPMENT
DREXLER HOOKE has worked with many of London's elite developers on prime residential property. We have contributed to maximising the market opportunity and delivered significant returns for both the developer and purchaser. Working closely with the overall design team, DREXLER HOOKE uses a highly developed methodology for structured cabling. This makes property more desirable, more secure and better equipped for ever increasing digital bandwidths.
COMMERCIAL & HOSPITALITY
DREXLER HOOKE have been involved with a number of both large and small projects for office fit-out, retail and hoteliers. We often act as specialist AVIT consultants sub-contracting to the M&E.
We consultant to develop the scheme and/or as a sub-contractor to install all the low voltage works. Our projects range from recording studio's to executive boardrooms.

Bromyard Avenue
We were brought in by the sites marketing and sales team to deliver audio visual solutions and infrastructure to the Mews houses. We ended up building a number of basement cinema systems, multi-room audio and video distribution.

Holland Park Villas
Working with a sub-contractor we helped design and deliver lighting control systems to all 70 apartments, with an AMX control systems that interfaced with the concierge entry management suite.

The 'Chair' Project
An off chance meet at a wine and canapes evening we discussed the concept of building a wing chair with a high performance sound system built in. As we progressed we worked with Linn Products to help with a hardware solution with the idea of selling through Selfridges.

Executive Office and Boardroom
At Graff HQ in the West End we were brought in to configure Mr Graff's office and install the audio and visual aspects of the boardroom.
Holland Park Villas
As the project was handed over to the developer and ultimately to the purchaser we were retained for maintenance services to the apartments. We were also fundamental in operational upgrades and personalising the apartments to client demands.

Hyperoptic HQ
Helping clients to develop usage of technology in meeting rooms and collaboration areas is what we love to do. Bringing to life the plans that were put together in partnership and watching how the end users interact with the solutions is greatly motivational for us.
Appointed as CFO in Feb 2019 I walked into the project at a critical time. The bloated budget had become a secondary concern and the design was far exceeding what the business required.
Drexler Hooke were brought on board as they were very accommodating in relation to our requirement to get the budget back under control.
Throughout the entire process my team were kept fully informed. When Covid hit we expected the worst, but Drexler were flexible enough to ride it out and delivered on every promise made.
On a personal level, I was used to using the Teams platform on my computer and it was a very pleasant surprise when discovered that I could walk into a meeting room and dial into a meeting straight from the booking on the touch screen.
Drexler's communication throughout the project was excellent and we were always provided with a list of options when having to make difficult decisions. We became to rely on their expertise not just for AV but on other aspects of the project as well.
I would say that they are more of a partner than a sub-contractor and hope to have the opportunity to work with them again in the future.
